Application:

Suitable for exterior paint system, encaustic tiles paint, pigment concentrates and etc.

Dosage:

A level of 0.5-2.0% calculated on the total quantity of the pigments is recommended.

Instruction:

It should be added before the pigments and fillers are added.

Features:  

1. HY-1030D is an anti-aqueous dispersant, especially suitable for external paint which needs good water resistance.

2. It can effectively prevent pigment flocculation and flooding, and enhance paint color development performance.

3. It can significantly reduce the viscosity of the coating and is widely used in architectural coatings of high pigment content, pigment concentrates and etc.

4. It can be used in color paste and good color development property can be achieved with less or no wetting agent. It can also improve the water resistance of the coating film.

5. Excellent dispersibility for titanium dioxide, lithopone, calcium carbonate, talc, kaolin and other pigments.  

Storage:

Should be stored in dry, cool and ventilated place. Preserved under normal temperature and be airtight.

Avoid freeze.
