HY-6410

HY-6410 is a non-ionic associative polyurethane rheology modifier which has very good flow property, scrub resistance performance, a certain extent thickening effect and can reduce roller splash to maximum limit.

Application:

It can be used for water-based paint, water-based inks, water-based adhesives and etc.

Dosage:

A level of 0.05% to 0.2% calculated on the total quantity of the paint system is recommended.

Instruction:

1. It can be added directly or diluted with solvent, such as water or alcohol in a proportion of 1:5. It should be added slowly under stirring until the desired viscosity is reached.

2. Shake to uniform before use, in case the product precipitates after a long-term storage period.

3. It is normal that product will become slightly turbid and the viscosity will increase at low temperature. It will not affect the use of products. Raise the temperature is the way that the products can be restored.

4. It can be used under acidic or alkaline conditions, but a strong base will lead to degradation of the product.

Storage:

Should be stored in dry, cool and ventilated place. Preserved under normal temperature and be airtight.
