Application:

In order to achieve the best results, please test the most suitable amount before use. General amount is 0.05-0.5% of paint by weight.

Usage and dosage:

Can be directly dispersed in aqueous medium, then add pigment and grinding. Normal dosage ranges from 0.1%-1% for pigments and filler in coating; Normal dosage ranges from 10%-30% for inorganic pigments, 20%-50% for organic pigments and 30%-50% for carbon black in paste.

Features:

1. It shows excellent wetting properties while improve the dispersion of pigment. The surface of the filler can be easily wetting by water while add a small amount of HY-6170.

2. It can promote the stability of pigment in water, prevent the pigment filler from flocculate and coagulate.

3. It can improve colour performance of colorants in coatings, and improve the film gloss.

4. It can be used in the large range of pH value.

5. It can be used in low VOC coating with no organic solvent contain.

6. It shows good liquidity at at low temperature besides good water solubility.

Storage:

Stored in unopened package at room temperature in a dry, ventilated place.
