Usage and dosage:

Amount of HY-12C can be adjusted at any time according to different types of emulsions and different temperature of construction at any time. It is recommended that HY-12C dosage is equivalent to 2-7% of the emulsion content.

Instruction:

HY-12C can be used at any stage of production of paint. Coalescent can be added after the emulsion was added. Dosage of HY-12C depends on the Tg values of emulsion polymer. Higher Tg value requires more amount HY-12C to achieve the desired film effect.

Features:

1. Significantly reduce the minimum film forming temperature. Excellent coalescence performance and can be adsorbed easily by latex particles.

2. Excellent Film continuity and it is an ideal coalescent.

Storage:

It should be stored in closed containers in a dry and cool place. If not used up, tight the lid to prevent volatilization.
